    Release Parties: (i) William Ansell of Westmell [Hertfordshire], gentleman; (ii) Edward Hall the elder of Aspley Guise, clerk; (iii) Edward Hall the younger, clerk, Martin Hall, clerk and Joseph Hall, son of (ii) Reciting: - R6/2/2/4; - (ii) had spent great sums of money giving Martin Hall "a very liberal education" and Martin Hall agreed to release his interest in the advowsan in lieu thereof; - (ii) had paid Joseph Hall 300 to set him up as a confectioner and Joseph Hall had agreed to release his interest in the advowsan; - (ii) had run up great debts and, in order to provide for his younger children, had to sell his properties in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire; - Edward Hall the younger had agreed to take the advowsan as his portion and pay his brothers and sisters not yet provide for 300 each after the death of (i); - (i) would pay 120 to Edward Hall the younger after sale of his properties in Hertfordshire; Operative Part: - Martin and Joseph Hall quitclaimed the advowsan to (i), (ii) and Edward Hall the younger; - (ii) covenanted to pay 120 to Edward Hall the younger after sale of his Hertfordshire properties; - (i) covenanted to convey the advowsan to Edward Hall the younger; - (ii) directed (i) to convey the advowsan to Edward Hall the younger; - Edward Hall the younger covenanted to join (ii) in sale of properties and to pay his brothers and sisters as yet unprovided for 300 each; - (i) agreed that, if (ii) died before the advowsan was conveyed, he would appoint as Rector the person directed by Edward Hall the younger; - Edward Hall the younger covenanted, on receipt of the 120 from (ii) to pay (ii) 5 per year Witnesses: - Thomas Gressam; - Thomas Gregory; - Hankin Chapman; - Ralph Cock [signed by a mark]; - Stephen Boughton; - Thomas Chappell, servant to William Ansell
