Plan of building land between Nether Crawley Farm and Ashcroft Road, Luton, highlighting a number of plots including a hotel site and Luton Corporation schools site; attached is a memorandum noting: - 122a 2r 27p outlined in red sold on 15 Oct 1937 by B.H. and W.T.Hartop to Provincial Estates Development Ltd for 18,282; - land coloured green had, prior to above conveyance, been conveyed to that company, probably in a large number of separate transactions; - B.H. & W.T.Hartop conveyed on 15 May 1942 a plot of land of 38 acres with frontages to Eaton Gardens Road and Crawley Green Road to Provincial Estates Development Ltd for 9,332; no plan could be traced
