Authorisation by the Commissioners for Building New Churches for the purchase of land for use as an additional Burial ground from Robert Lindsell of Fairfield House, Bedford, for 450. - piece or parcel of land (63p.) adjoining the Churchyard :N. other land contracted to be sold by Robert Lindsell to the Vicar as the intended site of a New Vicarage house. :W. land of James Weston Esqr. :S. the old Church Yard :E. the Public Street The sum of 450, plus 30 for the expenses of the purchase, to be borrowed from Mr. George Newberry at 5% per annum interest, and to be repaid by annual installments of 24 + interest. The first payment on 24th June 1843.
