(a) Aspley Wood, with Faulkners Corner and Foxborough Hill adjoining, totalling together 137a 0r 14p, 40 acres of which had recently been stocked up and converted into pasture, in part of which was a fullers earth pit and on another part a messuage with backsides, outhouses, garden, barns and stables formerly in occupation of Daniel Kingham, now of John Langley
