Relating lease and release of 9/10 July 1805, and later trust deeds. All that parcel of ground in Bedford abutting east on property of Edward Rawlins, esquire, west on Harpur Street, north on property of James Horeford and south on the Bedford Assembly and Concert Rooms and property of Edward Rawling with the Wesleyan Methodist Chapel, the Minister's House, the School Room and the Chapel Keepers House. Plan. 11 August 1851. Endorsed - reconveyance (1) Thomas Bagnall Godwin (2) Joseph Entwistle (3) John Howard etc as in (8) within. Premises as above to uses of Trust Deed of 1805, 12 August 1851.
