    Property on the river in the parish of St Mary. Copy release: (1) Robert Bowyer junior of Steventon, mattmaker, and wife Ann, Joseph Keep of Wellingborough, brazier, and wife Sarah (2) Henry Fleming of Bedford, surgeon and alderman. (i) Messuage, storehouses and woolbarns (which said storehouses and woolbarns were formerly used and employed as a malthouse kiln and Kiln House) next the bridge there sometime heretofore called or known by the sign of the Sarazens Head and after by the Kings Head, the north end thereof abutting to and standing in the River Ouze and the south part thereof abutting upon the tenement now in the occupation of John Tuffnail, west the High Street, and east the gound or malthouse late of John Spencer; (ii) one barn and one stable on the south side of Duck Mill Lane; (iii) garden or orchard or plott formerly a tanyard adjoining or lying near the said barn and stable in parish of St Mary, Bedford. £252.
