(b) farms, messuages etc. belonging to (a) in occupations of Richard Atterbury, Thomas Sletyer, William Gillard, James Facer, William Russell, Widow Odell, Francis Clark, Joseph Sletyer and Widow Parrot at rents totalling 273/16/3 per annum;
(c) messuages, farms etc. lately part of Houghton Park in several occupations of Christopher Bennett, Thomas Sletyer, William Betts and Joseph Stanbridge at rents totalling 265/5/- per annum;
(d) farm, part of Houghton Park, in occupation of Joseph Sletyer at a rent of 56/9/6 per annum;
(e) messuages, farms etc. in Ampthill in occupations of William Wildman, [blank] Carlton, Matthew Bushby, Robert Taylor, Robert Ball and Samuel Wright at rents totalling 52 per annum;
(f) quitrents of 5/4/8 and 1/14/- payable on Ampthill lands in occupation of James Clark and Judith Richards;
(g) mansion or reputed Manor of Ruxox alias Roxox;
(h) Manor Farm in Flitwick purchased by (1) from Elizabeth Scarburgh, widow in occupation of Widow Circuit at yearly rent of 60;
(i) woods in Houghton Conquest containing 101 acres of yearly value of 45/9/-;
(j) manors of Maulden and Ragons with fishery on River Ouse;
(k) messuages, farms etc. belonging to (j) in several occupations of Rev.Rouse, Thomas Shatbolt, Thomas Cook, William Betts, Thomas Barefoot, John Betts, Widow Costins, Richard Crouch, Richard Hayns, William Watson, John Jennings, Ambrose Higham, George Wainwright, John Dickinson, Peter Matthew, John Lincoln, Widow Radwell, Robert Read, Joseph Stanbridge, Richard Turner, John Bull, Thomas Millard, Thomas Read and Harvey Jones at rentals totalling 523/10/4 per annum;
