    Recitals: - Will dated 29 Jan 1902 of the Honourable Howard Spensley appointing his wife Martha Tasmania Spensley and his son Howard Spensley, the younger, as Executors and Trustees, and after bequeathing a specific, devised all his real and all his personal estate to his Trustees upon trust to sell and after paying his funeral expenses and debts to invest the same upon the trusts therein mentioned and hold the income arising therefrom in trust for his three daughters Tassie Mary Spensley, Ethel Spensley and Eirene Spensley in equal shares as tenants in common - H.S. died on 8 Aug 1902 and his will was proved on 21 Oct 1902 by MTS and H.S. the younger. The legacy was handed over in accordance with the will and the shares were divided between the said three daughters. - E.S. died on 17 May 1927 unmarried and without issue and without making any appointment and her share devolved upon the remaining two sisters. - MTS died on 10 Jul 1921 and HS the younger died on 3 Mar 1938 and by his will appointed WAF and JCS as his executors - JCS died on 21 Jan 1942 Witnessing the appointment under the will of the Honourable H.S. of WAF and STSS as New Trustees in the place of MTS and HS
