(ii) Edmund Marmyon of Eynesbury [Huntingdonshire], clerk; Henry Kaye of Glatton [Huntingdonshire], gentleman; Jane Rolte, widow of Edward Rolte of Pertenhall, esquire, deceased
Recitals
- intended marriage between (i) and Jane Rolte;
- need for a jointure for Jane Rolte if she survive (i);
- need for money to be paid to (i) as marriage portion of Jane Rolte;
- for continuance of in name of (i)
Operative Part:
- (i) granted to Edmund Marmyon and Henry Kaye that he would stand seised of Manor of Luddington, also Lutton, in Huntingdonshire and Northamptonshire to use of: (i) until the marriage; (i) and Jane Rolte as her jointure; lawful heirs of (i); heirs of (i);
- if (i) died before Jane Rolte, he would, in his will, leave her 200 or goods to the value thereof for her own use;
- if Jane Rolte died before (i), then (i) would honour any bequests made by her up to the value of 200
