- lease of 18 Aug 1560 by (i) from Master and Wardens of Fraternity of Merchant Tailors of St.John the Baptist of two tenements together in St.Michael's, Cornhill, London, late in tenure of Thomas Chappell, citizen and merchant tailor of London
Operative Part:
- (i) leased (a) to (ii) for 21 years from 25 Mar 1562 for 55 shillings
Property:
(a) tenement with shop, one of tenements leased on 18 Aug 1560, in tenure of (ii)
Clause:
- (ii) covenanted not to "carry away any of the glass windows or their frames, glass sealing of wainscott or any other sealing lead" or any other fixture or fitting
Witnesses:
- John Hugerson, citizen and merchant tailor of London;
- Thomas Morris, servant to John Hugerson
