    Articles of Agreement Parties: (i) Sir Oliver Luke of Haynes, knight; (ii) Richard Chetwoode of Chetwood [Buckinghamshire], esquire Recital: - Sir Richard Chetwoode, father of (ii) sold the Manor of Great Woodhill, also Odill & Little Woodhull also Odill to William Alston, esquire for 10,500; - Sir Richard Chetwoode sold divers lands in Patteshull [Northamptonshire] to gentlemen for about 3,000; - Sir Richard Chetwoode had acknowledged a statute of 7,000 to Sir Valentine Knightly, bart, deceased, for the benefit of (ii); - (ii) had consented to sale; - after payment of debts with which the properties were charged the surpluses of 2,000 from sum of 10,500 and 1,000 from the sum of about 3,000 were to be paid to uses expressed by (ii) below; - (i) was bound with (ii) and Knightly Chetwoode, son and heir of (ii), as their surety for unpaid debts Operative Part: - the sums of 2,000 and 1,000 to be taken by (i) to satisfy any bonds for which he stood surety; - any money remaining with (i) after satisfying the bonds to be for the use of (ii) Witnesses: - William Farrer; - Thomas Farrer; - Robert ....eler
