    Petition in Chancery in the Matter of the Trusts of the Will of John Cooper, Deceased Petitioners: - Caroline Cooper Cooper, spinster; - Alfred Joseph Riddle of Inner Temple, London, gentleman; - Moses Tearl of Southsea [Hampshire] and Amelia Cooper, his wife; - Sir Mathew Wyatt of Hyde Park Square [Middlesex], knight; - Rev.John Dolphin of Antingham [Norfolk], clerk; - Henry Cooke of Calton [Norfolk], esquire; - Sir Henry Robinson of Knapton House [Norfolk] and Lucy Cooper, his wife; - Thomas Hanworth Rackham of Norwich [Norfolk], gentleman Reciting: - various family marriage settlements and appointment of trustees [see also X604/1-27]; - mention is made that James Lindsay Cooper Cooper and his wife Rebecca had one child who had died under the age of 21; - deed of 21 Sep 1871 between (1) Sir Henry Robinson and his wife Lucy Cooper and (2) Thomas Hanworth Rackham in which (1) assigned to (2) all the monies produced on any sale made under the will of John Cooper, deceased, of any of the hereditaments devised by him, including particularly 2,005/6/10 reduced annuities, subject to certain interests, in trust for Sir Henry Robinson; - deed of 21 Jan 1871 between (1) Sir Henry Robinson and Lucy Cooper his wife and (2) Sir Mathew Wyatt, John Dolphin and Henry Cooke - a fifth part of lands in Cheshire and Essex assigned to (2) in trust; - deed of 21 Jun 1871 between (1) Moses Tearl and Amelia Cooper his wife, (2) Caroline Cooper Cooper, (3) Alfred Joseph Riddle in which (1) and (2) assigned to (3) their shares in 2,005/6/10 annuities etc. subject to charge of Rebecca Cooper, in trust for Amelia Cooper and (2) during their lives; - in 1871 said 2,005/6/10 in reduced annuities and 34/2/6 cash were transferred to the name of the Accountant General in trust; - petitioners advised that said sums were divisable into five for (a) Caroline Cooper Cooper, (b) Moses Tearl, (c) Sir Mathew Wyatt, John Dolphin and Henry Cooke, (d) Sir Henry Robinson, (e) trustees of the marriage settlement (26 May 1828) of Count A.C.J.Van Der Burch and his wife Elizabeth Cooper Plea: - petitioners wished that after costs had been deducted, the annuities be divided into five equal parts of which three were to be sold and the proceeds divided between Caroline Cooper Cooper, Moses Tearl and Sir Henry Robinson. Of the residue half was to go to Sir Mathew Wyatt and others and half to Elizabeth Van Der Burch
