BETWEEN: (i) William Meager of Clifton, husbandman and Lettice his wife, (ii) Samuel Poynton of Shefford, tanner (iii) Richard Fletcher of Clifton, tailor
COVENANT: William and Lettice Meager will join with Edward Hewitt and Elizabeth his wife and Henry Fage and Susanna his wife in acknowledging and levying to James Crow, Samuel Poynton and Richard Fletcher and Thomas Vintner regarding:
(a) cottage or tenement with appurtenances, formerly The Bell in Clifton in occupation of Richard Fletcher and vested in Richard Fletcher;
(b) 6 acres of arable land in Clifton, formerly freehold and inheritance of William Meager, afterwards conveyed by him and his wife to William Norris and now vested in Samuel Poynton
Land to be called one cottage, 7 acres of land and 14 acres of pasture with appurtenances in Eaton Socon, Nether Staploe, Clifton and Sandy
