Columns give name and age of applicant, wife and children; settlement; calling; if occupying an allotment; description; disability; if receiving regular relief or relief from a club, etc.; cause of application; names of relatives liable under Act of 43 Eliz., capable of assisting; present weekly earnings or income of applicant and family; relief ordered; if receiving medical aid. Each volume contains an index of applicants arranged under parishes.
