Abstracts Deed of 31 Dec 1909 being a Re-conveyance from AWF (now Sir Almeric William Fitzroy) as mortgagee to HML/CTL and RFL, for 11450, of their moieties (1 of HML and the other of CRP/RFL) of the premises mortgaged in 1844 as in 13/1 to uses etc. declared in the will of CSL. Recites deed of 20 Nov 1844 made between EL(1), RL(2) and George Newberry (3) where the whole of the mortgaged estate became vested in RL in fee subject to the 1844 mortgage.
