Reciting - Z 951/6/1; - Conveyance of 17 Feb 1854 between (i) John Hazard, (ii) Philip Booth, (iii) John Morgan Edwards Jones and John Buckley Williams, (iv) BHS and (v) Edward Lawrence in which (by) to (ct) in 4/1 were conveyed to BHS subject to a mortgage of 5 Mar 1844 for £2,800. - Z 951/6/2 - Mortgage of 11 Aug 1860 from BHS to Susannah Woodburn, widow, for £500. - BHS was carrying on the business of a candle maker at Victoria Works, Bethnal Green [Middlesex] in partnership with Edward Cooke and William Palmer the younger under the title of Palmer & Co. Witnessing JC agreed credit and advances up to a limit of £10,000 to Palmer & Co., secured on the land (a) to (ct) in Z 951/6/2 above.
