Minute book. Deals mostly with purchase of land - George Garside (member of committee). Includes resolution of 27th February 1880, to purchase the Woodbine Estate from George Garside jr.; also resolved on 16th April 1880 that G. Garside jr. arrange with the trustees of the Townlands Charity for the mutual exchange of rights of way over the proposed new road and the small plot of land belonging to the Townlands Charity, lying between the end of the road and the America Road. George Garside instructed to obtain tenders for preparing plans and getting the new road approved by the sanitary authority; resolution (4th February 1914) by the Land Company to purchase the frontage of land in Billington Road and Union Street.
