General words clause specifies hedges, ditches, mounds, fences, ways, paths, passages, rights, members and appurtenances. The surrender is subject to payment to Mary Simpson of Bythorn (Hunts.) of £500 with interest secured on the premises by a conditional surrender dated 7 Oct 1800.
