General words clause terminates with mention of all 'deeds, wills, muniments and writings' touching or concerning the premises. Includes covenants discharging the land from, inter alia, the jointure, dower and thirds of Ruth Sugar; to acknowledge and levy a fine before the end of Easter term next; and for further assurance within a period of ten years.
