Joshua Hopkins, L.B., butcher (who on 27/28 November 1821,
with Hannah his wife, conveyed the same to Ric. Thos.
and Ann Purratt of Tilsworth, Beds., another party
being John Ginger, Dagnell, Edlesborough, Bucks. yeo.);
Robert Samwell, L.B., victualler, since deceased;
Thomas Wilson, L.B., yeoman;

reciting conveyance by Lease and Release dated 13/14 October

reciting that Juliana Franklin made a will dated 19 June 1822,
and after other bequests, she devised to her two sons, Geo.
Arthur Franklin and Henry Hankins Franklin, and to her daughters

and reciting conveyance by Lease and Release 21/22 March 1823
by Geo. Arthur Franklin and Sarah his wife, Henry Franklin and

and reciting Lease and Release of 12/13 May 1823 being
conveyance by heirs of Juliana Franklin to

reciting that the fines covenanted for in the Releases of
2 Sept 1817 and 22 August 1818 are now to be levied
