Reciting deed of 23 March 1846 (being a deed of appointment of new trustees) Of the 18 trustees appointed by said deed only three are now living i.e. John Paine, James Wooding and William Whitmee Notice of meeting for appointment of new trustees was given on Sunday 5 December 1886, the said meeting to be held on 9 December. At such meeting William Hanley Bearn, William Bailey, A G Carruthers, C P Finch, A P Finch, William Fairey, J Keech, A Paine, F S Palmer and A J Parris be appointed new trustees of property 1stly hereinafter described
Reciting also deed of 19 November 1862 being appointment of new trustees for property 2ndly described Of the trustees appointed by deed of 19 November 1862 10 are now living - Robert Richard Allen, Caleb Fever, John Goff, Francis Desvraux Bull, Charles Osborn Rogers, Francis Coales, Michael Hinde, John Keech, Robert R Manning and Benoni Nicholls, but of these R R Allen, C O Rogers and R R Manning have left England and Caleb Fever and Benoni Nicholls wish to retire as trustees
Reciting also that notice of meeting on 9 December 1886 was given on Sunday 5 December 1886 At this meeting W H Bearn, W Bailey, A G Carruthers, C P Finch, A P Finch, W Fairey, J Keech, A Paine, F S Palmer and A J Parris were appointed as new trustees Now J Paine, J Wooding and W Whitmee, as surviving trustees convey to ii)
