Including amongst other things: - draft scheme by the Charity Commission for the regulation of the charity; - reference to the playground being regulated by a declaration of trust dated 7th Jul 1959 and made by William Thomas Brown and two others; - details concerning the management of the playground including the establishment of the Mayfield Playground Management Committee; - details concerning the proposed dissolvement of the management committee so all recreation amenities in Stondon can be run by the newly formed Stondon Recreation and Playing Fields Committee.
