    Indenture by way of securing a further charge on freehold 15 Dec 1835 with covenant to surrender copyhold premises from James Arnold of Dunton, carpenter to William Middleton of St.Martin's, Stamford Baron [Northamptonshire], yeoman Reciting - X 870/3/10 - £130 was still owing Witnessing TA covenants to WM for a further £25 charged on the land (a) in X 870/3/10 which shall continue to be security and, additionally the following land will be charged as security: (b) copyhold messuage or tenement and orchard (or garden) in Dunton late in tenure or occupation of Justice Folbigg, then of Elizabeth Arnold, mother of JA, then of JA with the tenement or dwelling house and barn lately erected and built by JA in the yard adjoining now in tenure or occupation of William Holmes JA signs by a mark Witnessed by W. Thomas Chapman, solicitor, of Biggleswade.
