Absolute Surrender at Court of Manor of Goyes and Chamberlyn's Bury in Dunton by Henry Rudd of Dunton, gentleman to the Lord by the hands and acceptance of Isaac Curshon and John Randall, two other customary tenants: (a) all the copyhold messuage or tenement with orchard in Dunton lately purchased from William Bickerstaff and before that from John Randall now in occupation of William Winters to the use of James Harper of Dunton, labourer and Elizabeth his wife, remainder to Katherine Fisher. IC and JR sign with a mark Witnessed by John Pedley and George Pedley Endorsed with a note: " Thos. Arnold holds this house".
