    Common Recovery with double vouchers over at special Court Baron of Manor of Goyes and Chamberlyn's Bury, Dunton (Hon. John Spencer, esquire, lord) in the house of Henry Read before Thomas Thong, gentleman, Steward. At which HR and Susan his wife surrendered to the Lord at the hand Thomas Steward: (a) messuage or tenement together with an orchard and premises lately purchased of William Bickerstaff and before that of John Randall now in occupation of William Winters to the use of Thomas Page of Dunton, labourer according to the custom of the Manor Followed by common recovery with double vouchers over in which: Edward Read Thong, gentleman, is plaintiff, (with pledges from "John Doe" and "Richard Roe"); Hugh Hunt is common disseisor; Thomas Page is respondent; vouchee is Henry Read and Susan his wife; and second vouchee is Thomas Watts.
