(a) and (c) were exchanged with George John, Earl Spencer for: (b) a part of a close, piece or parcel of old inclosed ground called Beacocks Close containing 1/3/35 bounded: to N by part of Beacocks Close exchanged to Elizabeth Page; to E by lane or town street in Millo; to S by yard, garden and home close belonging to John Ward; to W by remaining part of Beacocks Close. Exchanged with (a) for (b) was: (c) part of a home close in Millow containing 20 perches bounded: to N by part of Beacocks Close belonging to Earl Spencer; to E by remaining part of home close belonging to John Ward; to S by an old inclosure called Long Close belonging to Timothy Bristow and then exchanged to Earl Spencer; to W by second allotment awarded to Earl Spencer for lands and common rights.
