Title
Presentment of Grand Jury. The presentments of the Grand Jury made att the Assizes held att the Towne of Ampthill the foureteenth day of July 1681 We Present the Inhabitants of the Inship Township ? of Holme in the Parish of Biggleswade for not repayring their High Way leading from leading from Biggleswade aforesaid to Baldock, and for not scowring their Ditches adjoyning to their Highwayes, which the Inhabitants of Holme aforesaid of right ought to repaire & scowre We present Shem Hanwell Gent late Undersheriffe of this County for returning a false Account of the freeholders names of this County to the Prothonotaryes of the Common Pleas in a Jury ordered by Rule of Court betwixt Party & party.
