    Conveyance i) Wm Curling late of Hitchin, Herts, now of Lytchett House, Poole, Dorset, Esq ii) The Burial Board for the townships of Campton and Shefford. Recites: Lease and release of 1-2 June 1830 by which John Cross, as heir and devisee of his late uncle, Jas La Porte, conveyed to Wm Curling, father of i) the property to be described and other hereditaments. * that Wm Curling the father bequeathed all his real property to i) and that his will was proved 13th January 1843. * that ii) have contracted with i) to purchase piece of land called the Homestead with buildings on it. * that ii) had since agreed to sell off to Hen Edmond Goodhall 1 rood and 29 perches, parcel of the Homestead for £315, and that this £315 should be paid by Goodhall to i) as part of the purchase money of £700 Consideration: £385- plot of ground in Campton, part of ground formerly called the Homestead, next to the churchyard, being 1 rood 20 perches as now staked out on SW end of the Homestead, bounded on SE by public highway, on W by churchyard, on N by glebe land.
