Title
Justice's Certificate: Highway Bedford to Shefford, for which Jas. Taylour stands indicted, is in sufficient repair.
We John Ventris and Samuell Bedford Esqrs two of his Majestys Justices of the peace within the County of Bedford Doe humbly certifie That wee have veiwed the Highways leadeing from the towne of Bedford to Shefford in the County aforesaid, for which James Taylor stands Indited at the Assizes And wee doe find the said Highwayes are well and sufficiently repayred and are in good repaire The said Mr Taylour haveing been att great expences in doeing of the same Given under our Hands and sealls the eighteenth day of March in the two and thirtieth yeare of the raigne of our sovraigne Lord King Charles the second Annoque dni 1679.
