    Deposition: Ann w. of Wm. Arnold, and daughter Katharine. 30 Dec. 1679. Found 4 false coins in Ric. Allen's house. Thomas Robinson, Bedford, blacksmith. Does not know of any bad money his brother Wm. ever had. The Informations of Ann Arnold Wife and Katharine the daughter of William Arnold of the Towne of Bedford Lastmaker, taken uppon oath the 30th day of December Anno domini 1679 These Informants saie that this Morning About nine A Clocke they these Informants being in the House of Richard Allen (A Prisoner in his Goale in Bedford) to looke after his Children [they found under the cloth ins] [and seaching del] upon the Cupbords head in the lodging Roome of the said Richard Allen two new Mild Halfe Crowns Counterfett Money with two new Counterfitt Milld shillings now in the Custody of her this Informant The marke of Ann X Arnold The Informacion of Thomas Robinson of the Towne of Bedford Blacksmith taken upon Oath the 30th day of December Anno domini 1679 This Informant saieth that William Robinson his brother had A new halfe Crowne of him this deponent about tenn dayes since and the said William gave this deponent for the same Two shillings and six pence, and that one of the said shillings hee did suspect to bee nought, but upon further Examination found it to bee good, and doath not know of Any bad money that ever his said brother had The marke of Ann X Robinson
