Check that this is deed of title reciting grant of 18 Feb 1881

reciting will of Thos Alex Raynsford, late of Henlow, deceased, dated 7 Sept. 1872 by which he devised the Manor of Langford and his freehold messuage in Langford and Henlow, to use of w Bridget Eliza Raynsford for life, with remainder to use of Hen Addington and Fred Edwin Eyre and heirs during life of testator's dau, Matilda Fran Addington, without any interference from any husband, and then to her sons. Copyhold property to be held similarly, he died on 9 Dec 1854. Will proved (PCC) on 29 Jan 1855.
reciting death of Bridget Eliza Raynsford on 20 June 1867 and Matilda Fran Addington on 6 July 1867
reciting also that i) was only son of M F Addington and attained 21 on 25 Aug 1879 reciting also that i) was desirous of barring his equitable estate in the copyhold property and of acquiring an estate in customary fee so i) granted to ii)
- all customary premises to be held in trust for i) freed from the estate tail to which premises ii) is now admitted
