Icknield builders Ltd tendered for the contract and it was agreed that they would do it for £449. There is a letter inviting contractors to tender to do work on the building. There is a site and elevation plan of the school. In the plans it mentions the boiler house was lined with asbestos. There is a letter concerning the drainage and a letter proposing a new toilet.
