    - 'Sworn under Twenty Five Thousand Pounds and that the testator died 13th January 1839'. - Proved at the Prerogative Court of Canterbury. Including extract of will dated 31st Mar 1834: Reciting: - Lease & release dated the 4th & 5th Jan 1793 whereby the real estates hereby mentioned of my wife Phebe Williamson then Phebe Riland, spinster were conveyed to George Osborn and Rev. Francis Blick upon trust to sell. - Marriage settlement dated 5th Jan 1793 between (1) Phebe Williamson (2) Myself (3) George Osborn and Rev. Francis Blick whereby in consideration of our marriage the income to arise from the said sale of real estate and £1150 (sum which (1) was entitled under the will of her father) was vested in (3) upon trust to purchase other hereditaments for certain uses mentioned within. - Said real estate was sold and realised £2603 - Sir. John Osborn & Rev. Charles Blick were since appointed the new trustees under the recited marriage settlement and have forwarded to me the sums of £2603 & £1150 upon mortgage of my properties at Polluxhill, Higham Gobion, Flitton, Harlingon & Westoning. Giving & Devising: - My messuages, cottages, farms, lands, tenements etc. in Polluxhill, Higham Gobion, Harlington, Westoning, Campton & Shefford (except a certain messuage & premises in Shefford in the occupation of William Leevit and adjoining the chapel and chapel yard) all of which are in Beds and all my messuages and hereditaments in Middlesex to my sons Edmond Riland Williamson & William Williamson and my daughter Frances Williamson upon trust to sell and convert into money and pay £3753 out of proceeds to the trustees of the recited marriage settlement and the residue is to be considered my personal estate and devised as such. - Upon death of myself & wife: said £2603 or any property purchased or invested from this sum by the trustees of the recited settlement to the use of Richard Williamson, William Williamson, Francis Williamson, Catherine Williamson, Elizabeth Williamson & Ann Williamson in equal shares. - Within two years of my decease: sums of £1000 each to my son William Williamson and my four daughters: Francis, Catherine, Elizabeth & Ann. - Yearly payment of £60 to my cousin Anna Maria Tipping Aveling chargeable on the dividends of 3% stock standing in the names of myself, Rev. Richard Williamson & Henry Humphrey Goodhall. - During lifetime of wife and for one year after: Yearly payment of £50 chargeable on the dividends of the same stock to my son Edmond Riland Williamson. - During lifetime of wife and for one year after: Two yearly payments of £50 chargeable on the dividends of the same stock to my son William Williamson. - All my books, my silver candlestick which was given to me by the late Lord Ongley, my crystal seal set in gold and my silver ring unto my son Edmond Riland Williamson. - All my household goods (except my inlaid cabinet formerly belonging to the Tipping family which I shall hereafter specially dispose of), furniture, glass, linen and the residue of my plate unto my wife. - Said inlaid cabinet unto my wife for her life and after to my son William Williamson. - One years wages clear of legacy duty to all domestic servants who shall be living with me at the time of my decease. - 30 guineas in lieu of wages to Mary Hedge, widow who now lives with me at Kempston. - 5 guineas to my cousin Henry Humphrey Goodhall… 'in kind remembrances of the many services he has brought me'. - Recommend the said Mary Hedge, widow to the care and protection of my family. - All manors, messuages, cottages, farms, lands & tenements not hereby disposed of unto my eldest son Edmond Riland Williamson. - All residue or remainder of my personal estate unto sons Edmond Riland Williamson & William Williamson and my daughter Frances Williamson upon trust to sell, collect & convert into money and divide equally amongst my children: Richard, William, Frances, Catherine, Elizabeth & Ann. - Nineteen guineas… 'only as a mark of my love and affection' for my daughter Mary the wife of Richard Carter Smith, she… 'being sufficiently provided for by her marriage settlement'. - Nineteen guineas to each of her children alive at my decease.
