Note signed by John Nodes Gresham, Edmund Williamson & T.Ball [?]… 'Memorandum made this 28th Dec 1820 as follows Mr. John Gresham agrees for the consideration of four hundred and twenty pounds to assign all his interest to the estate situate at Campton & now in the occupation of William Oney unto Mr Williamson on or before the 25th day of March 1821 = Mr. Williamson agrees the sum upon having agreed title and as earnest of this agreement he has paid to Mr. Gresham the sum of one pound as witnessed the hands the date above written'.
