(i) conveys (a-d) to (ii) as security for repayment. Property: (a) Cottage or tenement in Campton, Beds now or late in the occupation of James Yoxley. (b) Piece or parcel of land situate in the low fields of Campton of 1a 25p which were conveyed along with (a) to George Goodship, deceased (father of (i)) by a lease and release from William Goodship in 1785; bounded on the NW by an old inclosed ground now or late belonging to James Humberstone and on the NE by the road leading from Campton to Chicksands. (c) Small piece or parcel of land of 5p in Campton; bounded on the NW & E by (b), SE by the public road leading from Campton to Chicksands & on the SW by an old inclosed garden belonging to (i) and (a). (d) Same as (a) at X916/4/1 although the property is now described as being in the occupation of James Yoxley or his undertenants.
