Reciting: - X916/1/7 - £50 secured on the recited mortgage has not been paid. - X916/1/9 & X916/1/10 whereby it was agreed that the recited mortgage shall be paid off by (ii) out of the purchase money and George Cooke should assign (a-b) unto (iii) in trust for (ii). - George Cooke died intestate before such an assignment was made and letters of administration were granted to (i). Operative: - In consideration of £61/5/6 (i) discharges (ii) from the recited mortgage. - (i) at the direction of (ii) assigns (a-b) to (iii). Property: (a-b) Same as X916/1/7.
