    Deposition: William Deacon. Tingrith, yeoman, 9 September 1675. Suspects Richard Pierson of stealing a sack and bag from his barn and stable. Goods later found with R.P. at house of Ed. Dickes at Woburn. The Informacon of William Deacon of Tingrith in the county of Bedd yeoman taken upon oath the 9th day of September anno Dni 1675 before me St John Thomson one of his Maties Justices of the peace for the said county This informant saith that aboute the seventh day of September instant he lost out of his stable a bagge, and out of his barne a sacke in the night time, which were feloniously taken away by one Richard Pierson (as he conceiveth) for that the said goods were left by the said Pierson at the house of one Edward Dickes the younger of Woburne in the said county at whose house the said Pierson was apprehended St John Thomson
