Deposition: Thomas Flint 18 Feb. 1670.
The examination of Thomas Flint of Shitlington Beds. victualler taken the 18th Feb. 1669. This ex. sayth that on Wednesday the 9th day of this instant February being att his own house his wife called him suddenly out and told him some were fighting in the close and then ran out of dores and hee this ex. followed after and when hee came into the close hee there found John Keys and the dec. William Pearles fighting togeather and were uppon the ground and the sd. Pearles being uppermost hee this ex. pulled him of from the sd. Keyes and soe parted them and further he sayth nott. Mark of Thos Flint.
