- Charles Mordaunt committed by Gaius Squire Esqr for suspicion of his felonious and carnall knowledge of one Mary Chamberlin, a child of seaven yeares of age.
- Andrew Impey committed by William Foster Esqr and charged with the felonious taking of one sheep of the goods of Sr Richard Napier.
- Joseph Stevens to remaine on Goale till the next Assize or till he shall put in baile for his appearance.
- William Wigmore for transportation.
- John Donne -- convicted upon the late statute for conventicles, and ordered banishment
- Thomas Haynes - convicted upon the late statute for conventicles, and ordered banishment John Bunian, convicted upon the statute of 35 Eliz: for conventicles.
