PRISONERS IN THE COUNTY GAOL: A Callender of the names of the prisoners now in the County Gaol at Bedford: John Bubb being an old reprive to remayne in gaol. William Bishop to remayne in the gaol till the next Assize by order of Sir William Morton Judge of the Assize. Richard Biggs to remayne in the gaol till the next Assize by order of Sir William Morton, Judge of the Assize. Robert Wright committed by William Botler, Esq. and charged with the stealing of five sheeps of Richard Denyes of Kempston. Henry Vaughan committed by William Poster Esq. for breaking open a booth at Rugby fair and taking theireout several pieces of pewter the goods of one Ralph Newcom. John Clark & William Wigmore to be transported by order of Sir William Morton Jude of the Assize at Leighton. Mary Search committed by Francis Wingate Esq. for stealing of two Iron Chaines the goods of Certaine parsons unknowne. Elizabeth Pratt Mortua est John Bunyon for Misdemenor. William Man for Misdemenor. John Curfee for Misdemenor. Alis Storer committed by William Foster Esq.she being delivered of a female bastard Child it being borne dead. John Dunne to be transported into Barbadoes by the order of the bench att the general quarter sessions the twenteth day of July.
