- TitleAdmission out of Court: Manor of Leighton Buzzard, otherwise Grovebury, of John Flint as surviving devisee in trust of Nathaniel Stonhill Whereas at a Court Baron on 30 and 31 October 1834 Nathaniel Stonhill, Leighton Buzzard, yeoman, deceased, it was presented that he had died And Whereas Nathaniel Stonhill held at the time of his decease: copyhold oven and bakehouse adjoining the said cottage on messuage formerly occupied by Martha and Elizabeth Wright, spinsters, which bakehouse was formerly occupied by John Tebby, at Leighton Buzzard North:cottage or tenement formerly of & West: Thomas Chew, afterwards Thomas Anthony, then of John Turner Butcher and then John Anthony East:abutting into the street And Whereas at a Court Baron on 8 and 9 June 1843 it was presented that Nathaniel Stonhill in a will of 2 October 1826 and two codicils devised the property to wife Ann Stonhill, Thomas Ingram and John Flint, their heirs and assigns. Thomas Ingram died in about April 1842. And Whereas Ann Stonhill has lately died leaving John Flint sole devisee in trust under the will Now on 25 July 1859 at a Court Baron, John Flint, Leighton Buzzard, gent, is admitted tenant to the property Annual quit rent: [blank] 25 July 1859
