His wife Ann, and Thomas Ingram and William Chew appointed executrix and executors And Whereas Nathaniel Stonhill by codicil of 2 September 1827 revoked a specific devise of certain hereditements and devised the same to his trustees And Whereas Nathaniel Stonhill by codicil of 7 September 1834 appointed John Flint as trustee and executor in place of William Chew And Whereas Nathaniel Stonhill died on 13 October 1834 without having revoked or attend his will than by the codicils leaving his Wife and 7 children, Nathaniel Stonhill (since deceased) his eldest son, Ann Stonhill spinster, Susanna the wife of Thomas Carrington (both since deceased), Elizabeth the wife of William Cotton Chapman, Thomas Ingram Stonhill his 2nd son, Frederick Stonhill, David Stonhill And Whereas the Will and codicils were proved on 29 November 1834 at the Prerogative Court of Canterbury by the executor and executrix And Whereas Susanna Carrington, then the widow of Thomas Carrington died on 9 October 1841 without issue and intestate And Whereas the said Thomas Ingram died on 3 April 1842 leaving Ann Stonhill and John Flint as surviving trustees And Whereas David Stonhill the youngest child attained 21 years on 9 March 1843 And Whereas Nathaniel Stonhill the eldest son died on 1 January 1845 intestate as to real estate And Whereas Nathaniel Stonhill the testator at the date of the execution of his will stood possessed of the property which has since been sold And Whereas David Stonhill is entitled to one fifth share of the property and ha agreed to sell to Thomas Ingram his share for £150 And Whereas the consideration money is apportioned, £145 for the freehold part and £5 for the copyhold part of the property, the copyhold part consisting of the following one undivided fifth part in the piece of land with oven and bakehouse in Leighton Buzzard, within the Manor of Leighton Buzzard, adjoining and forming part of a freehold messuage or tenement belonging to the devisees of Nathaniel Stonhill hereinafter described East: abutting the North Street of Leighton Buzzard Witnesseth Conveyance by 1 to 2 in consideration £5 for copyhold property above and £145 for freehold property freehold messuage, cottage or tenement with the malthouse and malting offices belonging at Leighton Buzzard South:cottage and ground formerly of Joyce Foster, later Stanyan Bigg and now [blank] East:North Street All formerly occupied successively by Thomas Chew, Thomas Marriott, Ann Wright spinster, Ann Stonhill and now [blank] Flemons And Thomas Ingram declares that no widow of his shall be entitled to dower Signed and sealed: David Stonhill, Thos Ingram Witness:Henry J Kerr, Clerk to Messrs Loseby and Ingram, Leicester
