Originally issued to departments with binders for filing and indexing classified under headings of A- Administration, B- Commercial, C- Technical with sub-sections. Superseded communications to be removed from the binders on receipt of revised issues. All new or revised communications were to be circulated to, and signed on the back by, all members of the department before filing. The communications listed here are an amalgamation of those received from several different departments and are not a complete set.
