(i) to let to (ii) a portion of 8a Ashburnham Road, Bedford together with a right of way over a portion of the yard at the side leading to the rear thereof. Tenancy to commence 2 Feb 1948 for one calendar month and from month to month henceforth until either party terminates the agreement by one month's notice in writing. Rent £5 per week. (ii) agrees to use the premises as a storeroom only.
