Memorandum of Agreement for letting of Ashburnham Rooms, Bedford. Parties: (i) Frances Ernest Jones of 18, Ashburnham Road, Bedford and Walter Jones of 36, Winifred Road, Bedford. (ii) J A Vanstone and W S Bradley, both of 31 The Grove, Bedford. (i) agree to let and (ii) to take four rooms known as the Ashburnham Rooms on the ground floor and basement of 18 Ashburnham Road, Bedford, for the term of six months from 24 Jul 1926 - 24 Jan 1927 at the weekly rental of 30 shillings. (ii) to elect on or before the 24 Dec 1926 to continue the tenancy for a further 6 months from the 24 Jan 1927.
