Copy of representation from certain parliamentary elector's resident within Kensworth to the Luton Union Rural Sanitary Authority: '1. That there is considerable demand in the said Parish for Allotments by the Labouring population. 2. That such allotments cannot be obtained at a reasonable rent and on reasonable conditions by voluntary arrangement between the owners of land suitable for such allotments under the applicants for the same'. Residents who signed the representation: Daniel Durrant, Charles Keys, Levi Austin, Henry Andrews, George Collier, Daniel Jacob Fossey, Harry James Miller.
