- TitleAdmission to the Rectory Manor, Stotfold of William Dilley on the surrender of David Gayler. - David Gayler of Stotfold, farmer in consideration of 300 paid by William Dilley of Stotfold, tailor (and with consent of John Beldam of Royston, Cambs, gentlemen to whom the premises were surrendered by DG on the 10th May 1816 for securing 7 and William Ramsden and Richard Carter, 2 other customary tenants) surrenders to the use of William Dilley and his wife Ann (a) according to the custom of the said manor. (a) All that messuage or tenement in Stotfold together with adjoining close of pasture of 2a 3r formerly in the occupation of John Graves and John Anderson and then of the said William Dilley and John Smith. All which were then in the estate of Thomas Inskip since of Thomas Bottrell and to which Daniel Galer was admitted tenant on the 8th Jul 1813 under the will of TB. Examined by Edward Randall, steward to the said manor.
