Endorsed: (1) Memorandum of conveyance dated 24th Dec 1931. NE portion of land coloured Green and numbered 4 was conveyed to Alfred George Baxter. (2) Memorandum of conveyance dated 24th Dec 1931. NE portion of land coloured blue and numbered 5 and extending at the SW corner to the boundary shown on the said plan was conveyed to Alfred George Baxter. (3) Transfer of mortgage dated 28th Sep 1946 between (i) Rose Ellen Jarden of 18 Rothsay Road, Bedford (wife of Frederick Samuel Jarden) (ii) Thomas Benjamin Bainbridge of Broadway, Letchworth, Herts, solicitor. Reciting: - William Henry Knight died on the 27th Jun 1940, his will dated 11th May 1927 appointed Susannah Elizabeth Knight executor. - SEK died on the 15th May 1946. - Sum of 250 still owing on mortgage. In consideration of this 250 paid to (i) by (ii), (i) transfers the mortgage to (ii). Witnessed by C.S. Mitchell - clerk to Messrs. Conquest, Clare and Binns solicitors. (6) Assent by Barbara Exton Jones of St. Albans dated 22nd Nov 1979 that she has received the principal sums secured by a transfer of mortgage from Katherine Margaret Tansley, 70 Regent Street, Stotfold and Muriel Edith Elliott of 3 Home Close, Stotfold.
