(g) William Herber Dear was also possessed of a moiety which he purchased (as tenant in common with Ernest Dear) of William Turner on the 11th Oct 1912: 2 Freehold messuages situate at 'the boot' with gardens adjoining altogether of 2a1p now let to Frederick Dear, William Cooper and Ernest Dear.
