HULCOTE etc.: "A Map and Survey of the several lands and Hereditaments late of Sir Boteler Chernocke Bart., deceased, Situate in the several Parishes of Holcot, Cranfield, Salford, Haynes, Houghton Conquest, Maulden, Ridgmont and Clophill in the County of Bedford, the partition whereof is referred to us the undersigned Richard Richardson and William Jacques by a certain agreement in writing bearing date the 18th Day of July 1806 made between (1) Barbara Hervey of Bath, Somerset, spinster, (2) Mary Adams of Knight's House, South Mimms, Middx., widow, (3) Elizabeth Hervey of Aspley Guise, spinster, (4) Rev.Edward Orlebar Smith of Aspley Guise, clerk and Charlotte, his wife and (5) Rev.John Burton Walker of Marshfield, Gloucs., clerk and Barbara his wife".
